We take pride in delivering high quality, natural milk directly from our network of local farmers to your doorstep.  To maintain the highest standards of freshness and safety, please review our refund policy and Cancellation Policy below.

NO Refunds on Perishable Goods.

All sales of Raw milk and milk products are final. Due to the perishable nature of dairy products including raw milk, curd, ghee, paneer and cheese etc., we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

 Why This Policy?

Raw milk and other milk products are sensitive, processed or unprocessed products that must be handled with extreme care and consumed promptly. For health, safety, and quality assurance reason, we are unable to restock or reuse any returned milk or milk products. This policy ensures that every bottle delivered to our customers meets the highest hygiene standards.

Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive the wrong item or your milk arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 to 20 minutes  of delivery.

To help us assist you, include:

  • A clear photo of the product
  • Your order numbers
  • A brief description of the issue

While refunds are not offered, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement or credit if the issue meets our eligibility criteria.

Cancellations

At The Field Farmer, our operation are planned daily based on incoming orders to maintain freshness and reduce waste. As such, we follow a strict cancellation policy:

Order cancellations

  • You can cancel your order online within one hour from your order placed. After 1 hour Once order placed cannot be cancelled after the cut-off time (i.e – within 1hr)    
  • Once cancellation is approved we will send the agreed amount within 48 hour and the amount will reflect within 7 working days. Agreed amount will be sent through refund method selected by you.
  • For subscriptions, changes or cancellations must be made at least one month in advance.
  • Only purchase made directly from The Field Farmers is qualified for the cancellation.
